First cut at Maven-based build system and directory layout for LOCI projects.
The following components, as well as all forks and stubs, have been migrated:
- bio-formats
- loci-plugins
- loci-common
- ome-xml
Currently, JUnit-based tests for loci-plugins have been migrated, but
the TestNG-based tests for the other three components have not yet.
